Power adapter manufacturer: Teach you how to disassemble a charger

Looking at the chargers at home, it's really tasteless to eat and a pity to abandon them, because many power adapter manufacturers have launched various high-power chargers. After taking a shower or having a meal, the phone can quickly recover its health. Who still uses 3G network after being used to 5G for fun. It's time to phase out the charger. However, it's a pity to throw it away directly like this. I'm curious about what's going on inside the adapter. Since that's the case, why don't we dismantle it now! Nowadays, many power adapter manufacturers usually use ultrasound to tightly press the casing together when assembling the adapter. This also means that there is no screw used on the power adapter. So you can use a simple and crude dismantling method - high-altitude throwing, using the method of gravity to smash it open. However, power adapter manufacturers believe that this method is highly likely to damage the power supply and is not safe.

The following is the teaching time for the power adapter manufacturer to disassemble the charger:

We can prepare an electrician's knife, hammer, and a piece of white paper in advance. After everything is ready, you can place our protagonist today - the charger horizontally on a white paper, slowly cut the electrician's knife along the edge of the shell, and then gently tap the back of the knife with a hammer. After reaching a certain degree, you can let the electrician's knife slide slowly along the gap of the shell, and then the shell can be removed.

But the circuit board is still inside the casing, how can we get it out? The power adapter manufacturer now provides two methods for everyone:

1. Use the physical tapping method, with the power adapter opening downwards, continuously tap and tap the table until it comes out.

2. Use tools, such as a small pair of tweezers, to clamp out the circuit board.

If your charger is produced by a legitimate power adapter manufacturer, you will see that it is full of goods, including transformers, rectifier bridges, MOSFETs, and other various components. However, if your charger is an unknown small brand, there may be very few components left on the circuit board! So it's not unreasonable for those brand adapters to be sold at a slightly higher price.
